The City of Tustin is partnering with the Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to host an informative online session discussing in detail the leasing process, including how to use a broker and site selection.

 During this webinar, SBDC will dive into the types of leases and how to tackle letters of intent. SBDC’s lease expert will further discuss the timeline and expectations when negotiating a lease, funding evaluation, and the build-out of space.
