Each year since 9/11 Irvine Valley College has hosted this very special ceremony to commemorate the 9/11 event. Special guest speakers will include Irvine Police Chief David Maggard, Jr., Orange County Fire Chief Keith Richter and Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens.
