The OC Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association would like you to resolve to make a difference!
Please join in for Alzheimer's Action Day on Wednesday, September 21st from 4 pm to 6 pm around The District Stage.
This is an opportunity to recognize the local community who are fighting against Alzheimer's Disease, including local law enforcement and emergency responders.
